My login email never arrived

Check spam and promotions first — magic links love to hide there. Two faster fixes:

The email also contains a 6-digit code. Go back to thelogin page and type the code instead of tapping the link.
Still nothing after a few minutes? Request a new link — the old one stays valid for 15 minutes, so whichever arrives first works.

I paid but can't log in

Your access is tied to the email you used at checkout — log in with that exact address, even if it's not your usual one. Check your Stripe receipt if you're not sure which email you used.

Want your access moved to a different email? Write tosupport@vietnamplaybook.com from either address and we'll switch it over.

Reading offline (before you fly)

Do both of these while you still have wifi:

Install the app: open the guide, then on iPhone tap Share → “Add to Home Screen”; on Android tap the “Install app” prompt. Open each guide page once — after that they work in airplane mode.
Download the PDF from your account page as a backup that can never disappear.

Honest iPhone caveat: if you don't open the installed guide for about 7 days, iOS may quietly clear its offline storage. Open it once before your trip, and keep the PDF — that one's yours forever.

EU/EEA customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, subject to the consent you gave at checkout. Full refund policy coming soon — until then, email us and we'll be fair.

Anything else

Email support@vietnamplaybook.com. We usually reply within a day — sometimes slower when we're out re-verifying tips on the ground.
