What we collect
When you sign up, we store: your email address, the time you gave consent, whether you clicked the founding-price button, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (UTM tags), and the referring page. That's the whole list — no names, no payment details, no tracking cookies set by us.
Why we collect it
To send you the free guide you requested and occasional launch updates about Vietnam Playbook. That's the only purpose. We never sell or rent your address.
Who processes it
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting provider). When we start sending email through an email service provider, this page will name it. Aggregate, anonymous visit statistics may be collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from every email via the link in it. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — email hello@yourdomain.example and we'll do it within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); our lawful basis for emailing you is the consent you gave at signup, which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention
If the product doesn't launch, the list is deleted. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active use and purged in the next cleanup cycle.
