'Transfer error, send it again' — no hotel ever needs money twice

In a reported Ninh Binh resort-impersonation case during Tet 2025, a 6,500,000 VND (~$236) deposit escalated past 1 billion VND (~$36,000) — one "corrective" transfer at a time. The setup: you send a deposit to what looks like a resort's fanpage, and the scammer replies that the transfer had "wrong syntax" or failed verification, so please send it again and "accounting" will refund the excess. Each resend triggers a new error, a bigger amount, and a fresh refund promise. The loop only ends when you stop feeding it.
